Kiln Features

Our kilns are equipped with a Latch, guaranteeing a snug seal to optimize efficiency, and can be securely locked for additional safety.
Element Cut-Off switch are standard on our kilns, which automatically deactivates the electricity-carrying element when the kiln lid is open. This feature is integral to ensuring safety.
We use a handy Plug System (ILME) to connect our controller and kiln, making it easy to switch between different kilns and can be stored safely when not in use.
Our premium elements are crafted for durability and performance. Seated securely in designated grooves and pinned into position, they ensure damage protection and optimal heat distribution in the chamber, enhancing efficiency and consistency.
Our high-tensile bullet hinges are engineered for exceptional strength, guaranteeing robust support for the door to prevent any sagging. Experience effortless and smooth operation as the door opens and closes securely, ensuring both stability and ease of use.
Our kilns have a special Electrical Compartment for good ventilation, keeping electrical parts safe and lasting longer. We add enclosure grids for safety. Plus, you can easily reach all electrical elements, including the thermocouple, through the back panel.
Our roof construction is reinforced with a durable casted seal, ensuring the integrity of the inner brickwork. To manage moisture effectively, a flute (chimney) is integrated. Additionally, a heat-containment bung is provided, allowing for precise temperature control, especially at higher temperatures.
