Ready-to-Use Masking Medium

Our Wax Resist is a pre-mixed, water-based medium that keeps glaze, slip, and underglaze off any areas you want to stay uncoated. It?s super handy for adding decorative touches on greenware or bisque.

How to Use It:

1. Brush or sponge the Wax Resist onto areas you want to protect.
2. Let it dry fully – once it’s dry, any glaze or color you apply will just slide right off the waxed spots.
3. Wipe away any extra color or glaze from the waxed area to keep it neat.
4. When you fire your piece, the wax will burn away, leaving those areas glaze-free.
