Kiln Features

Our kilns are equipped with a lid latch, guaranteeing a snug seal to optimize efficiency, and can be securely locked for additional safety.
All our kilns are equipped with an Element Cut-Off switch, which automatically deactivates the electricity-carrying element when the kiln lid is open. This feature is integral to ensuring safety.
We use a handy plug system to connect our controller and kiln, making it easy to switch between different kilns and can be stored safely when not in use.
Wheels are a standard feature on our smaller Potter?s Range models (100, 150, 220, 290, and 370), for easy movement, storage, and positioning.
Crafted from durable 5mm steel, our hinges guarantee both strength and seamless operation, providing a sturdy yet effortlessly smooth opening of the lid.
Our lid opener lets you adjust the lid?s position to suit your preference, ideal for those who prefer the ?lid cracking? cooling method. We omitted any springs in the design to guarantee long-lasting functionality without the risk of weakening over time.
We’ve completely redesigned the terminal box in our Potter?s Range for improved performance. Now, it features enhanced ventilation, a dedicated element connection point, easier access to the thermocouple, and a downward-opening access panel for effortless maintenance.
